Yoplanning Updates - March 2025
🆕 A new look for Yoplanning
On March 26th, we released a major update introducing a brand-new interface. This update includes several visual and usability improvements:
New presentation of sessions in the schedule, with dynamic height depending on the content.
Animated red line showing real-time time in the schedule.
Redesigned the menu and many components for a cleaner display, including on Safari.
Adjusted the mobile interface and popups for better consistency.
Simplified labels: “Manage participants/resources” simply becomes “Manage”, with a more logical positioning in the interface.
The former “Potential Planning” is now simply called AI. 😉
Removed "Add a session" from the commands. Replaced with a simpler way to achieve the same result. Click here
🔁 Improved onboarding and trial period
We have redesigned onboarding to make it more generous and simpler:
The trial period increases from 7 days to 14 days.
No more “1 day per task completed” logic: now, a whole month is free if all tasks are completed 🎁
New visual in the registration process, and removal of expired statuses from the dashboard graph for more clarity.
