Access to functionality
Log in to your account on Yoplanning.pro.
Have, beforehand, created a “Cancellation fees” material
Cancel the customer's registration by updating the order.
Billing cancellation fees
Create a new item that you will call “Cancellation Fees”. You can do this by going to “Hardware” and clicking “Add Hardware”. Find out more
Proceed to cancel the reservation and the corresponding order line.
Once the reservation is canceled, go to the order and click on the "Sell equipment" button.
In the "Materials" field, select "Cancellation Fees" that you created previously.
Indicate the amount of cancellation fees you want to charge.
Finalize the order. You will then have an order with an overpayment, corresponding to the amount you must refund to your customer.
