Setting up Meetch Cancellation Insurance

Feature Description

You have subscribed to a contract with Meetch cancellation insurance, here is how to implement it in your Yoplanning. Attention prerequisite, you must have asked Yoplanning support to activate the Meetch module.

Steps to Use the Feature

1. Access the Hardware Section

  1. Log in to your Yoplanning.pro account.

  2. In the left menu, go to Administration > Resources.

2. Create a resource for Insurance

  1. Click on Add Resource.

  2. Fill in the basic information:

    • Name: Meetch Cancellation Insurance.

    • Type: Insurance

    • Description: Insurance for reservation cancellation.

    • Price: Set the insurance rate as a percentage.

3. Tag and Template Configuration

  1. Under Tags, select the Meetch type tag.

  2. In the Model field that appears under the tag, enter the reference provided by Meetch technical support.

4. Save the resource

  1. Click Save to save the new hardware item.

Price Selection

  • Relative Value: Set a percentage of the total service rate (for example, 2.5%).

Transparent Communication

  • Clearly inform your customers about the terms and conditions of cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
