This month, several improvements have been made to make Yoplanning smoother, more intuitive and even more adapted to your needs. Here is a summary of the new features and fixes implemented:

🎉 New Features

🔹 Improved Coupon Codes: You can now include resold products (not just your own products) in the coupon code setup. More flexibility for your business offers!

🔹 Advanced Staff Preference Management: Administrators can now modify certain instructor preferences directly from their profile (reminders, working hours, etc.).

🔹 New order settings: Added an "extra data" field in the order configuration, visible during checkout for better tracking of reservations.

🔹 Automatic management of empty sessions: A new setting allows you to automatically hide empty sessions from online sales the day before, between 8pm and 5am, and then put them back on sale from 8am. This helps to optimize slots and maximize filling.

🔹 Automatic matching with Pennylane: When an invoice is locked, the corresponding accounting entries are automatically updated in Pennylane.

🔹 Management of monitors in the Booking Module: You can now assign a Booking Module to a specific monitor or filter by monitor for more precision in payment management.

🔧 Fixes and improvements

✅ Displaying colors in product descriptions: A bug prevented colors from being saved in product sheets. This is now fixed.

✅ Stripe Migration: To avoid errors, it is no longer possible to click multiple times on the migration banner.

✅ Google Calendar: Schedule synchronization with Google Calendar has been fixed to avoid some OAuth configuration issues.

✅ Improved last minute bookings:

• If an activity takes place before 11am and is booked between 10pm and 8am the day before, the booking is automatically refused if the session is empty.

• This restriction aims to avoid last-minute bookings on slots where no staff has yet been assigned.

✅ Fix on subgroups:

• Fixed a bug that left subgroups online even after the main session was deleted.

• Fixed an issue where manually adding a participant to a course could generate an incorrect subgroup.

✅ Improved BE on mobile:

• Added a "close" button for better navigation on iOS.

• Fixed "view on map" links not opening Google Maps properly.

✅ Billing: Fixed a bug that could cause invoice generation to crash when certain promo fields were missing.
