Tips for use and best practices

  • Proactive planning: Regularly check the levels and ages of participants in sessions to anticipate alignment needs.

  • Communication: Inform students or their parents in advance of possible travel to avoid confusion.

  • Documentation: Keep track of trips made for future reference and to ensure seamless session management.

Common errors or problems and solutions

  • Incompatible destination session:

    • If no destination session appears, verify that the available sessions are of the same type and have times compatible with the original session.

  • Access rights issues:

    • If you are unable to move students to incompatible sessions or different times, contact a team member with administrative rights to make the move.
