Planning Context Management
1. Selection of the current Team
Select 'Current team' if you manage several different teams and want to switch from one to the other, without mixing them, this is the display mode you need.
Note: If you only manage one team, this option will have no impact on your display.
2. Viewing option for all teams
For those who manage multiple teams and need an overview:
In the same context menu, select the 'All teams' option.
The schedule will refresh to display sessions for all teams, allowing you to see all commitments and availability across the different teams.
Usage tips :
Use the 'Current Team' selection to focus on managing a single team at a time, which is particularly useful when detailed planning or assigning sessions.
Enable the display of 'All Teams' for coordination meetings where a global vision is needed to make decisions.
Resolving common issues:
If the schedule does not correctly display information for the 'Current Team', make sure you have selected the correct team in the left menu. Otherwise, try refreshing the page.
If you have difficulty switching between view modes, verify that you have the necessary access rights to view information for all teams. If the problem persists, contact technical support.
