Why can't I see all the staffs on the schedule?
There are two possible reasons why you do not see all the staff on the schedule:
Insufficient role permissions: You may not have the appropriate role that allows you to see all staff members. Only certain roles in the team have the necessary rights to access the entire staff schedule. It is recommended that you contact your administrator to assign you an appropriate role if necessary.
Active filters: You may have activated filters that limit the staff displayed on the schedule. To check and modify active filters:
Go to the top right of the Yo-Planning interface.
Click the knobs icon to open the filter settings.
Navigate to the “Staff” tab.
Make sure any unnecessary filters are disabled (uncheck them).
Maybe the filter: "show empty lines" is unchecked. Therefore you do not see all the team members who have nothing on their schedule or only absences.& #x20;
By following these steps, you should be able to view all staff on the schedule, unless specific restrictions apply depending on your organization's settings.
