Pennylane Integration
What is Pennylane?
Pennylane is a software that allows you to manage your accounting. Yoplanning integrates with Pennylane to allow you to manage your accounting journals and customer invoices.
Prerequisites
Have a Pennylane account
Have the Yoplanning module "INVOICING_PENNYLANE" (contact support)
Have a correct configuration on the accounting accounts in the Team and in the products/resources
NOTE: Pennylane uses 3-digit accounting accounts so only the first 3 digits will be sent to Pennylane
Once these prerequisites are completed you can connect Yoplanning to Pennylane below.
Facility
Go to the Team configuration on Yoplanning.
Scroll down to the "accounting" section, just before the "resale" section (If Pennylane is not visible, you must contact support to obtain the correct module, see prerequisites above.)
Click the sync button, Pennylane opens in a new tab
Choose the right company to sync and then authorize


Functioning
Yoplanning will be writing in Pennylane at several events:
When locking a Yoplanning invoice, a customer invoice is created in Pennylane
When unlocking a Yoplanning invoice, a credit note is created in Pennylane (and therefore the invoice is canceled)
When writing to the Yoplanning cash journal (payments), the cash journal in Pennylane is synchronized
When paying Yoplanning fees, the various operations log in Pennylane is synchronized
Cash journal entries are reconciled with the corresponding invoice (either when locking the invoice or when creating payments on an already locked invoice).
Uninstallation
Go to Team configuration
Scroll down to the Pennylane display and click the desynchronization button
