Access the dashboard: Log in to your Yoplanning.pro account.
Navigate to the menu: In the left menu, click on "Administration" then on "Staff".
Start the invitation: Click on “Invite staff”.
Enter information: Provide one or more email addresses to send invitations.
Confirm: Once the invitations have been sent, the new staff will appear in your schedule. You can check the staff list to see who accepted the invitation.

Manage visibility: You can activate or deactivate the presence of staff on the schedule. For example, an accountant might not need to appear on the schedule.
