How do I share my products in a reseller's team with Yoplanning?

Introduction

The Reseller Product Sharing feature on Yoplanning is designed to enable effective collaboration and simplified product management between suppliers and resellers. This functionality is particularly useful when a reseller will collect payments directly from the end customer, while you, as the supplier, will then invoice the reseller for the services with a negotiated discount.

Steps to share your products

  1. Invitation of the reseller to your team:

    • Before sharing your products, make sure you have invited the reseller to your team. If you haven't done this yet, refer to the dedicated article for this procedure.

  2. Selection of products to share:

    • Go to the menu and click on “Products”.

    • In the tabs at the top of the window, click "Resale."

    • Select the desired reseller from the drop-down list.

    • Check the products you want to activate for this reseller.

    • To adjust values, such as discount rate, click "Edit".

  3. Identification of activated products:

    • In the product list, those that are grayed out are not available to the reseller.

    • Products that appear in black are those that you have activated for resale.

  4. Reseller activation of products:

    • On the supplier side (you), the operations are now complete.

    • For the reseller to be able to sell your activities in their booking module, they must also activate these products.

    • In the reseller's team, go to "Reservation module", then in the tabs, select "Product".

    • Choose your name as the supplier from the drop-down list.

    • Grayed products are not activated; the reseller must select and activate those he wishes to sell.
