Modify an order on Yoplanning.pro
Access an order
To access an order, simply click "View" in the order list. You can also access it from the "Paid" button if the order is paid.
General order information
Once in the order, you will see general information about it, as well as its contents. To make changes, you must enter edit mode.
Edit mode
In edit mode, you can:
Edit Client: The details of this operation will be covered in a later video.
Change Dealer: The details of this will be covered in a later video.
Add an internal note: As the name suggests, this note is only intended for people who administer Yoplanning. It can be used to add comments on a specific order.
Changing the order content
In edit mode, you can also modify the content of the order. It's important to note that you cannot change item labels, but you can remove items from the order. For example, if an order includes a service with options, you can delete the entire service or just certain options.
Mention in the invoice
Finally, you can add a note on the invoice. This mention will be visible to the customer on the PDF invoice. This is different from the internal note, which does not appear on the invoice.
