Steps to register a participant
Session Selection:
Go to the schedule and click on the session in which you want to register a participant.
Alternatively, search and select the desired session from the session list and click "view".
Reservation Management:
Once logged in, click on "manage bookings".
In this new page, perform a search to find existing participants in your customer file.
If you don't have the desired client, click on "add a participant".
Entry of participant information:
Fill in the customer information. Note that in manual mode, only the first and last name are required, even if other fields are set as mandatory in the application.
Validate the information entered.
Adjustments and options:
Use the "quantity" button to adjust the quantity if necessary. (If you don't need to have the first and last name of each participant)
When you check the box next to the participant's name, additional options appear allowing you to change the quantity or add options, such as materials.
Registration Completion:
Once the participant is added, the number of places available for the session will be automatically updated in the online sale.
Click the "Create Order" button at the top of the page. This will generate an order based on your input.
You have the option to add a different name for the order and invoice header, for example, a parent's name if you are registering a child. This will make it easier to communicate with the correct information in the future.

Tips for use and best practices:
Always use the booking button for new registrations whenever possible. The manual method should be used for reservations that are outside the scope of the booking process and therefore cannot be made through the booking module.
Make sure to fill out as much information as possible about the participant, even if some fields are not required. This will make future management easier.
Remember that in this entry box you are responsible for the information entered and free to enter whatever you want, so you may make mistakes.
Common errors and their resolution:
Client not found during search: Make sure you have spelled the client's name correctly. If the client does not exist, use the "add participant" option.
Places not updated: Please make sure you have entered the correct number of participants.
