  3. Avoid screenshots: Screenshots are generally not necessary and do not provide additional relevant information.

  4. Use videos for complex problems: If your problem is difficult to explain in writing, you can film your screen and describe your problem orally. Use Loom for this. There is a free version that you can use on your computer.
