FAQ: Why are automatic resources not visible in a command?

Some resources, such as equipment or options, are automatically added to a session for internal management reasons. For example, a headset is assigned to each participant, or insurance is included by default. These resources are essential to the smooth running of the activity but should not appear in the customer order to avoid any confusion.
Go to the "Products" section of the "Administration" menu on the left.
Search for the product you want to attach an automatic resource to.
Click on the three small dots to the right of the product line.
Select "Edit" to open the product sheet.
Scroll down to the Resources section.

Yes and no. It depends on the product configuration:
If the resource is valued: it is included in the overall rate. Its value is only visible in the accounting breakdown.
If it is not valued: it is added to the session for internal monitoring, but it does not impact the price.
In any case, the price displayed to the customer remains unchanged and does not list these resources separately.
This is a voluntary choice. The objective is to:
Simplify the reading of the order.
Avoid the customer asking questions about items that are not optional.
Do not visually overload the order details.
Yes. The final invoice maintains the accounting breakdown. For example, an activity sold for €50 with a resource valued at €10 may appear on two lines:
Main service: €40
Resource (e.g. insurance, equipment): €10
This allows for clear accounting, while keeping customer ordering simple.
Explain that:
The price displayed is the total price of the service.
Some items are included for organizational or security reasons.
The final invoice details the accounting breakdown.
