Sending email or SMS to team members
Steps to use this feature
Access the list of sessions: In the left navigation menu of Yoplanning.pro, click on "Sessions" to display the list of planned sessions.
Filter sessions: Use the available filters (by date, product, Staff, etc.) to specify the sessions concerned by your message. This allows you to specifically target the relevant sessions and team members.
Select sessions: Once your list of sessions has been defined, click on "Check all" to select all of the sessions displayed. Action buttons will appear at the top of the list.
Access the message sending option: Click on the "Message" button located at the top right to open the sending type selection page.
Choose the type of sending: In the page that opens, select the type of message you want to send (email or SMS) and the recipient of the message (Client, Supervisor, or both).
Write your message: Enter the content of your message. Note that the message will be sent in BCC (Invisible Carbon Copy), thus ensuring that each recipient receives the message individually without seeing the other recipients.
Send the message: Once your message has been written, validate the sending. All selected team members will receive the message according to the chosen communication method.

Clear and concise content: Write clear and concise messages to avoid confusion. Even if the message is generic, make sure it contains all the necessary information.
Confidentiality: BCC mode guarantees the confidentiality of recipient addresses. Use this feature responsibly to maintain trust within your team.
Resolving common issues
Recipients not received: If some team members do not receive the message, check their profile in Yoplanning.pro to ensure that their contact details (email or phone number) are correct and up to date.
Incorrect Session Filtering: Make sure you are using filters correctly to target the right sessions. Inadequate filtering can result in messages being sent to irrelevant sessions or team members.
Using this feature makes it easier to communicate quickly and effectively with your team, allowing you to focus on delivering success.
