Steps to use this feature
Sort the Staffs
Go to
Administration
.Select
Staff
.Click on the three small dots at the top right.
Choose
Sort
.
Note: The sort order is only applicable when you are viewing a single team. To do this, make sure that the Context
filter is set to Current Team

Using Tags
Open a staff profile.
Click
Edit
.Type a word and press
Enter
.
Your word or group of words is now defined as a tag and can be reused on other staffs.
Usage Tips and Best Practices
Use tags to filter staffs by specific criteria like skills or language.
Make sure to only display one team when using the sort function.
Common Errors and Problems
Filter Type "OR"
If you check multiple tags, the filter applied will be of type "OR". This means that all staffs having at least one of the checked tags will be displayed.
