Why can't I send a confirmation email?

Q: Why can't I send a confirmation email during the Yoplanning trial period?

A: When you use Yoplanning in a trial period, sending automatic or manual emails to the end customer is blocked. This restriction is put in place for security reasons to prevent fraudulent use of our system. During free or free access versions, certain features, including sending emails, are disabled to ensure the security of the platform.

Recommendation: To access all features, including sending emails, we recommend upgrading to a paid version of Yoplanning. However, if you would like to enable this feature during the trial period, you can request it by email to our support. They will be able to examine your case and activate this functionality according to the security criteria in force.
