FAQ: Order of priority of staff with AI Planning (Potential Staffs)
What is this feature for?
When you use AI Scheduling with potential staff, Yoplanning automatically assigns sessions to available staff members. The assignment order follows a hierarchical ranking that you define yourself. This allows you to prioritize certain staff members when booking a session from AI Scheduling.
How to define the order of priority?
Access the staff list
Log in to Yoplanning.pro.
Go to Menu > Administration > Staffs.
Open sort mode
Click on the "Three small dots" menu at the top right.
Select "Sort".
Set the order
Reorder staff rows by dragging and dropping, from highest priority (top) to lowest priority (bottom).
The order defined here will be used for assigning sessions in the AI Schedule.
Best practices
Check Context: Sorting only works if the Context filter is set to "Current Team".
Update regularly: Adjust the order based on seasonal availability and skills.
Use Tags: Combine sorting with skill tags to optimize distribution.
Common Problems and Solutions
The order does not apply
The "Context" filter is not set to "Current Team"
Select "Current Team" and start sorting again
Inconsistent attribution
Sorting not updated for a long time
Reorganize staff according to current priorities
Staff ignored in attribution
Staff not defined as "potential" in the product
Check the associated product settings
