Steps to add a session to an order

Access to functionality

  1. Log in to your account on Yoplanning.pro.

  2. Have at least the name and/or email of the customer in which you want. Add a service

Method 1: Add a session via the reservation module basket at the counter

  1. Find the session you want to add a registration to. To do this, use the search function, the session list or browse your schedule.

  2. Click on the “view” button or on the session in the schedule.

  3. Click on the “Add to cart” button for the chosen session. Please note, the button only exists if the session is in the future.

  4. At checkout, look for the customer's name in the dedicated field.

  5. Yoplanning will then offer you the current orders associated with this customer. Select the command you want to add the session to.

Method 2: Merge two orders

  1. Create two independent registrations.

  2. Go to the list of orders. Use the filter, if necessary, to find the two orders you want to merge (for example, you can filter by customer name).

  3. Select the two orders you want to merge.

  4. Click on the “Merge” button that just appeared.

  • Before adding a session to an order, make sure you are on the correct client, watch out for homonyms. For this reason, it is often better to use email for research.
