Introduction
The "Add a session to an order" feature on Yoplanning.pro allows users to retrospectively integrate services into an existing order. Whether for a last-minute booking, a change to a customer request or simply a necessary update, this feature offers optimal flexibility in managing your orders.
Steps to add a session to an order
Access to the functionality
Log in to your account on Yoplanning.pro.
At a minimum, provide the name and/or email of the client in whom you want to add a service.
Method 1: Add a session via the shopping cart of the counter booking module
Find the session you want to add a registration to. To do this, use the search function, the session list or browse your schedule.
Click on the "view" button or on the session in the schedule.
Click on the "Add to Cart" button of the chosen session. Please note that the button only exists if the session is in the future.
When checking out, look for the customer's name in the dedicated field.
Yoplanning will then offer you the current orders associated with this customer. Select the order to which you wish to add the session.
Method 2: Merge two orders
Create two independent registrations.
Go to the order list. Use the filter, if necessary, to find the two orders you want to merge (for example, you can filter by customer name).
Select the two orders you want to merge.
Click on the "Merge" button that just appeared.
Tips and best practices
Before adding a session to an order, make sure you are on the right client, beware of homonyms. This is why it is often better to use email for searches.
Take the time to verify that you are adding the session to the correct order to avoid any confusion later. The customer may have several.
Common Problems and Solutions
Issue: You can't find the order you want to change. Solution: Use the search feature and filters to help locate the order. If you still can't find it, check to see if the order has already been completed or cancelled.
Issue: Merge option does not appear after selecting two orders. Solution: Make sure both orders belong to the same customer. If not, the merge option will not be available.
