FAQ: How does the "Book [first name]" button work?

Prerequisites.

You must, as a Team Staff, be designated in at least one Team product as a Potential Staff. Otherwise the button is not visible. Indeed, this feature only makes sense for private coaching. (contact the team administrator if necessary)

What is the "Book [first name]" button for?

The "Book [first name]" button allows you to quickly view and share your availability. You can use it to check your free slots in the future or to help a client directly. It's a handy tool to manage your appointments or inform a client of your availability.

How to use the "Book [first name]" button?

  1. From your dashboard, locate the “Book [your first name]” button.

  2. Click on it to see all your future availabilities.

  3. A filter will automatically apply to only display the slots where you are available.

  4. You can then respond to the customer directly or provide them with a link to book a slot.

What is the difference between "Reserve" and "Reserve [first name]"?

  • The "Book" button displays all availabilities for the entire team and for all products.

  • The "Book [first name]" button only shows your availability and is specific to your schedule.

Best practices:

  • Use this button in direct conversations with customers to give them specific information about your free slots.

  • It's also a good way to make sure you're available for the slots offered without having to go through the entire team schedule.
