Find the participant information request link

What is the feature for?

Using the "Information Request Link" feature on Yoplanning.pro, you can generate a public link allowing participants to directly fill out a form with the requested information.

This link can be easily shared via WhatsApp, email, SMS or any other communication channel, simplifying data collection while avoiding data entry errors.

Steps to use the feature

1. Access the order:

   • Log in to your Yoplanning.pro account.

   • In the main menu, click on "Commands" to open the list of commands.

2. Open the specific command:

   • Search and select the order for which you want to get the information request link.

   • Click on "View" or the order name to open the order details.

3. Access the options menu:

   • Once in the order details, locate the menu symbolized by three small dots at the top right of the page.

   • Click on these three little dots to open the drop-down menu.

4. Generate the information request link:

   • From the drop-down menu, select the "Participant Data" option.

   • This will open the information request form.

5. Copy form URL:

   • Once the form is open, copy the page URL. This URL is public and can be shared with participants.

6. Share the link:

   • You can now send this link via your preferred communication method: WhatsApp, email, SMS, etc.
