Choice of colors in the schedule
Introduction
The “Choice of colors in the schedule” functionality allows you to personalize the display of different sessions and activities on your schedule using color codes. This customization helps quickly identify sessions and their status, improving visual management.
Access the feature
From the dashboard, click on your profile icon at the top right.
Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Click the first option, "View."
Set session colors
By default, colors are defined per product. Here's how to customize the colors:
Color per session
Access the product sheet for the session you want to personalize.
In the product description section, look for the color option.
Select the desired color from the color palette.
Save the changes.
You can do the same operation directly on a session if you want to give it a particular color in relation to the product.
Color by number of participants
Still in the "Display" section of the settings, choose the "Number of participants" option.
Colors will be automatically assigned based on session occupancy.
Color by team
For users working with multiple teams, choose the "Team" option in the display settings.
Each team will have a specific color, making it easier to differentiate the sessions according to their team.
This option is particularly useful in "All Teams" display mode.
Tips for use and best practices
Visual clarity: Use contrasting colors for better visibility.
Consistency: Maintain consistent color codes for the same types of sessions to avoid confusion.
