What is this feature for?

Setting the amount of fees allows you to determine the method of calculating remuneration for your staff based on the type of product and the status of the staff. You can choose between several calculation methods: per hour, per session, or based on turnover. This flexibility ensures that any type of remuneration is possible.

How to access it?

  1. Go to the Administration section via the main menu.

  2. Select "Configuration"

  3. in the Fees section, click on "Fees"

Steps to configure the fee amount

Choose the Calculation Type

  • Per hour: Define a fixed amount per hour worked, calculated according to the staff schedule.

    • Option: Withholding %: it is possible to determine a percentage which subtracts from the amount per hour defined.

  • Per session: Set an amount per session, based on the sessions assigned to the staff schedule.

  • By Percentage (Turnover): Establish a percentage of the turnover achieved in the sessions assigned to the staff, with the possibility of defining a minimum and maximum remuneration (capped remuneration). You can also take into account or not the turnover generated by additional equipment.

    • Example, if you indicated 80%, and the turnover is 200€ then the staff will be paid (200 X (80/100)) = 160€

  • Enter the fixed amount or percentage appropriate for the chosen calculation type.

Apply Settings to Product Type-Staff Status Couples

  • Repeat for each combination of product type and staff status to cover all possible configurations.

  • Fairness: Adjust settings to fairly reflect the contribution of each staff.
