Yoplanning.pro offers an essential feature to optimize the management of your orders: order merging. This function allows you to group several orders into one, thus facilitating administrative and financial management.
What is this feature for?
Merging orders is designed to simplify the management of multiple transactions involving the same customer or group of customers. This is particularly useful in cases where multiple bookings are made separately, but need to be treated as a single set for billing or organizational reasons.
How to access the order merge feature?
Access the list of orders: From the left menu, navigate to the "Orders" section to display the list of existing orders.
Select orders to merge: Use the available filters to find the orders you want to merge. Check the small box next to each selected order.
Merge Orders: Once at least two orders are selected, a "Merge" button will appear at the top right of the screen. Click on this button to proceed with the merge.
Usage tips and best practices
Pre-check: Before merging orders, please verify that the details of each order are correct and complete. This includes information about the participants, sessions, and products involved.
Caution : Merging orders is an irreversible action. Once orders are merged, you will not be able to separate them. So make sure that this action is necessary before performing it.
Handling common errors
Unselected Orders: Make sure you have at least two orders selected before attempting to merge.
Incompatible Orders: Some orders may not be eligible for merging due to their validated invoice status for example.
