How to Export Customer Emails
1. General Export:
Access the Feature:
Go to the Administration section of Yoplanning.pro.
Select Client File.
Choose the Referring Customer option.
Run Export:
Use the three little dots menu at the top right.
Select Export data to obtain the list of emails. Note: The customer list includes everyone registered in the system. Referring customers are those used in an order header or who have made a payment, generally representing your main customer file.
2. Export According to a Participant Filter:
Access the Feature:
Go to the Sessions menu.
Select the Participants tab.
Apply a Filter:
Set up the filter of your choice (for example, last month's participants or participants for a specific product).
Run Export:
Use the three little dots menu again.
Choose Export Data.

Checking Filters: Make sure that the filters applied correspond precisely to your needs before exporting.
Respect for Confidentiality: Use customer data in compliance with confidentiality and personal data protection standards.
Common Errors and Problems
Incomplete Export Problem: If the export does not contain all the expected emails, check and adjust your filters.
Access Difficulties: Make sure you have the necessary access rights in Yoplanning.pro to perform exports. (your user may not have the right to carry out this type of operation which is protected by the GDPR regulations)
