Remove a reseller from my team

Feature Description

The “Delete a reseller” functionality allows you to manage the list of your resellers within your team. It helps you maintain an up-to-date list of active resellers and remove those who are no longer part of your network.

Steps to use the feature

  1. Go to the "Products" section

    • From the dashboard, click on Administration.

    • From the drop-down menu, select Products.

  2. Open the "Resellers" tab

    • In the Products section, click on the Resellers tab.

    • A list of all your resellers is displayed.

  3. Remove a reseller

    • Find the retailer you want to remove from the list.

    • Click the Remove button next to the reseller name.

    • Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window that appears.

Warning: Action Not Cancelable

Deleting a reseller is irreversible. If you delete a reseller by mistake, you will need to:

  • Re-invite the dealer.

  • Reprogram all of the products assigned to it.

Tips for use and best practices

  • Check the information before deleting: Make sure the selected retailer is the one you want to delete to avoid any errors.

  • Contact the reseller: Before removing a reseller, it is recommended that you contact them to inform them of your decision and explain the reasons for removal.

Common errors and solutions

  • Error: The "Delete" button is not visible

    • Solution: Make sure you have the necessary administrative rights to perform this action. If you don't see the "Delete" button, contact your team administrator to obtain the required permissions.
