Remove a reseller from my team
Feature Description
The “Delete a reseller” functionality allows you to manage the list of your resellers within your team. It helps you maintain an up-to-date list of active resellers and remove those who are no longer part of your network.
Steps to use the feature
Go to the "Products" section
From the dashboard, click on Administration.
From the drop-down menu, select Products.
Open the "Resellers" tab
In the Products section, click on the Resellers tab.
A list of all your resellers is displayed.
Remove a reseller
Find the retailer you want to remove from the list.
Click the Remove button next to the reseller name.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window that appears.
Warning: Action Not Cancelable
Deleting a reseller is irreversible. If you delete a reseller by mistake, you will need to:
Re-invite the dealer.
Reprogram all of the products assigned to it.
Tips for use and best practices
Check the information before deleting: Make sure the selected retailer is the one you want to delete to avoid any errors.
Contact the reseller: Before removing a reseller, it is recommended that you contact them to inform them of your decision and explain the reasons for removal.
Common errors and solutions
Error: The "Delete" button is not visible
Solution: Make sure you have the necessary administrative rights to perform this action. If you don't see the "Delete" button, contact your team administrator to obtain the required permissions.
