Explanation of the figures in the statistical dashboard on Yoplanning.pro

Please note: the statistics have no accounting value, they simply allow you to compare the different periods with exactly the same calculation methods. They cannot be used to compare the legal turnover of your company. There are many parameters that come into play in the calculations carried out.

1. Access to the statistics dashboard

To get there :

  • Click "Dashboard" from the main menu.

  • Select the statistics option.

3. Understanding the different statistics

  • Payments Made: Total receipts on the date of payment.

  • Overall CA: Total orders on the order date. Note: Based on orders, not on validated invoices for those with the FR accounting module.

  • CA Activities: Total activity order lines.

  • Material CA: Total of material order lines. Note: Material turnover + Activities turnover = Overall turnover.

  • CA Gift Vouchers: Total sales of unplanned activities such as gift vouchers.

  • Hours Sold: Number of hours sold for activities. Note: The unit is reduced to hours for comparison.

  • Supervised Hours: Number of hours of planned activities.

  • Online Sales: Total orders through online sales.

  • Comptoir turnover: Total sales by the sales team.

  • Orders: Total number of orders.

4. Tips for use and good practices

  • Analyze these statistics to assess overall performance.

  • Compare current data with the baseline period to measure growth.

  • Use time information to optimize activity and resource management.

5. Troubleshooting common issues

  • If the data doesn't seem up to date, check the time period settings.

  • For inconsistencies in the totals, ensure that the transactions are entered correctly.
