Sending a reminder by SMS

You can send a reminder via SMS to your session participants. It is important to note that SMS messages have a character limit of 160, which means that there is no customizable template to modify the reminder text. The default message sent is:

Post-activity SMS

SMS messages sent after activities can be customized to include, for example, a link to a satisfaction form. As with reminders, it is essential to monitor the number of characters to avoid sending multiple SMS messages.
