Find my Yoplanning invoices
Steps to Recover Invoices
Access :
On the Yoplanning dashboard, click on the "Administration" tab in the left menu.
In the page that opens, select "Configuration".
Among the available options, click on "My Invoices" to access the list of invoices.
Note:
Invoice Processing Time: Note that invoices may be issued a few days after payment has been made. It is therefore advisable to check regularly for new invoices.
Resolving Common Problems
Invoice Not Found: If you cannot find your invoice, it may be due to a delay in the billing process. Wait a few days and check again.
