Find my Yoplanning invoices

Steps to Recover Invoices

  • Access :

    • On the Yoplanning dashboard, click on the "Administration" tab in the left menu.

    • In the page that opens, select "Configuration".

    • Among the available options, click on "My Invoices" to access the list of invoices.

Note:

  • Invoice Processing Time: Note that invoices may be issued a few days after payment has been made. It is therefore advisable to check regularly for new invoices.

Resolving Common Problems

  • Invoice Not Found: If you cannot find your invoice, it may be due to a delay in the billing process. Wait a few days and check again.

  • Additional Support: In case of difficulty or for any questions, do not hesitate to contact support at Support@yoplanning.com.
