What is this feature for?

Connecting Yoplanning.pro to a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) allows you to centralize and automate your business data. This makes it easier to track leads, customers, and orders in a tool your team already uses, such as:

  • Zoho CRM

  • And many more

Thanks to the Yoplanning API, you can automatically send data (customers, orders, sessions, etc.) to these tools.

How to connect your CRM to Yoplanning?

Step 1: Get your API key

  1. Log in to your Yoplanning account.

  2. Contact support at [email protected] to request an API key.

  3. Once the key is generated, keep it safe. It gives you secure access to your account data.

Step 2: Use an integration platform

Step 3: Send your webhook to Yoplanning

Once your workflow is ready in your chosen tool (Zapier, Make, etc.), you need to send us the URL of the webhook to trigger. This webhook will allow us to send data in real time to your CRM when an event occurs (new customer, new order, etc.).
