🚀Yoplanning Update - June 2025

This month, Yoplanning is enriched with numerous features, UX/UI improvements, and essential fixes for even more seamless management of your activities. Here's the recap!


✅ What's new

🧠 AI for team building

  • When creating a new team, you can enable an AI option to automatically pre-fill information from the client's website (email, phone, address, social networks, etc.).

  • The AI also attempts to automatically create products with name, description, price, min/max participants and category.

  • This option is offered upon registration, or via the Create a team menu.

🧾 Management of promotions and tags

  • It is now possible to link a session tag to a promo code to more precisely target your promotions.

📦 New data type: checkbox

  • A new custom field type is available in extra-data: checkbox

💸 Billing by team

  • Added the option to export team fees, useful for internal invoicing.

📚 Customizable words

  • In products, you can replace the word "Participant" with a custom label (e.g., “Pilot,” “Boat,” etc.).

  • Useful for products in price per session.


🛠️ Fixes

💳 Payments and orders

  • Fixed bugs when purchasing gift vouchers if the config was removed.

📅 Planning

  • Fixed a horizontal scrollbar display bug.

  • Fixed partial unavailability: they take into account the active team.

  • Improved drag & drop of sessions (auto-restored scrolling).

  • Fixed bug on empty or unavailable AI planning access.

🧾 Interface & UX

  • Change of filters: replacement of red crosses with the "Clear" link.

  • In the planning filters, the "OK" button becomes "Save".

  • The staff field in the mobile popup is simplified.

👤 Users & API

  • Fixed an API crash related to anonymous staffs.

  • Removed the default admin role on anonymous staff.

  • Fixed displays in dropdowns (texts too long cut off).

  • Fix API: crash on get members fixed.


🔄 Modifications

🧾 Internal invoicing

  • Internal invoicing system overhaul: payments now go through Stripe (link) or GoCardless (direct debit).

📱 Mobile accessibility & session list

  • The session list (session-list) is now accessible to everyone.

  • Allows you to quickly view participants, resources, sessions, even for supervisors.

🎨 Design & display

  • Changed session and resource color palette (more pastel).

  • UI improvements on manage-participants and manage-resources (especially on mobile).

  • Chatbot “Exit” button moved to the left for standard display.
