Create a Business Introducer Client
What is this feature for?
Creating a “Business Provider” client in Yoplanning.pro allows you to differentiate standard clients from strategic partners who help promote and sell your services or products. This distinction is essential for managing and tracking the specific contributions of these partners to your business activities.
How to use the feature?
Feature access:
Log in to your account on Yoplanning.pro.
Navigate to Administration via the main dashboard.
Adding a new customer:
Select Clients from the admin menu.
Click New Customer to begin creating a profile.
Filling in customer information:
Fill in the necessary fields in the form:
First and last name are required.
You can also add the company name if the business referrer represents a company.
Be sure to fill in all relevant information that may be necessary for the future management of this client.
Define as Business Provider:
Scroll to the bottom of the input form.
Check the option that defines this customer as Business Referrer.
Save and confirm:
Once all information is correctly completed, click Save to add this customer to your database.
Make sure the details are correct as they will influence reporting and potential commissions.

Verification of information: Please ensure that all information provided is accurate to avoid future complications in transactions or communications.
Common errors and their solutions
Information entry error: In the event of an error filling in the fields, you can always return to the customer file to modify the necessary information.
Forgot to mark as business provider: If you forget to activate the "Business provider" option, go back to editing the customer profile and modify this option.
