Manage orders on Yoplanning.pro
Access orders
To access the order management window, simply go to the "Sale" menu, then "Orders". You will see the list of all orders that have been placed, whether they come from a widget or entered manually in Yoplanning.
Search for orders
Yoplanning.pro has a powerful multi-criteria search system. You can search for an order by the name of the customer or participant. You can also search by date to narrow the results.
Another option is to search by session date, that is, the date of the activities included in the order. This feature can be useful for searching for activities for a specific period, or for processing a series of orders relating to a specific week.
The different order statuses
An order can have one of the following three statuses:
Quote: When no payment has yet been made, the order is considered a quote.
Provisional Invoice: As soon as a payment is recorded for the order, a provisional invoice is created. This invoice is not final because modifications may be made before the service is carried out.
Final Invoice: Once the service has been completed and all modifications have been made, the invoice is validated and becomes final. At this point, the information is no longer editable.
