Send an Invoice, a Ticket or a Quote via Yoplanning

Introduction

As part of the daily management of your activities, sending invoices, tickets or quotes is a crucial step. Yoplanning simplifies this process by allowing quick and personalized sending directly from the application. Follow the steps below to efficiently send these documents to your customers.

Access the Send Feature

  1. Order Selection: Start by navigating to the relevant order in Yoplanning.

  2. Options Menu: In the upper right corner of the order, click on the three small dots to open the additional options menu.

  3. Select Send by Email: Select the "Send by Email" option. Note that it is not possible to send these documents by SMS.

Customize the Sending

  1. Opening the Sending Page: Once you have chosen to send by email, a new page will open. This page gives you several options to customize your sending.

  2. Sending Settings: Here you can adjust the email details, such as the recipient address, subject line, and other settings as per your needs.

  3. Template Selection: Yoplanning allows you to create and save email templates for various situations. Select an appropriate template for your mailing. If you have not yet created any templates, refer to the dedicated article on creating and managing email templates.
