Introduction to the "Gift Vouchers" feature

The "Gift vouchers" feature of Yoplanning.pro allows you to create and manage gift vouchers for sports or cultural activities offered by your team. This feature provides increased flexibility by allowing the creation of multiple gift vouchers within the same product, with different labels and prices, possibly including options.

Access to the feature

  1. Log in to your Yoplanning.pro account.

  2. From the dashboard, click on the “Gift Vouchers” menu in the left section.

Gift voucher creation

  1. Access the "Gift vouchers" menu:

    • In the main navigation bar, click on “Gift Certificates”.

  2. Add a new gift voucher:

    • Click on the “New” or “+ Add Gift Voucher” button.

  3. Configure Gift Voucher Details:

    • Label: Give a name to your gift voucher.

    • Description: Provide a detailed description of the gift certificate.

    • Price: Set the price of the gift voucher.

    • Options: If necessary, you can include options in the description and adjust the price accordingly.

Management of multiple gift vouchers in one product

  1. Go to the product list:

    • Click on the “Products” menu in the main navigation bar.

  2. Select a product:

    • Choose the product for which you want to add gift vouchers.

  3. Add gift vouchers:

    • Under the “Gift Vouchers” tab, click “Add a Gift Voucher”.

    • Fill in the necessary information for each gift certificate you wish to add.

    • Repeat these steps for each additional gift certificate you wish to create for this product.

  • Clear Nomenclature: Use clear and distinct labels for each gift certificate so customers can easily understand the differences between the offers.

  • Detailed Descriptions: Provide complete descriptions for each gift certificate, including all options and benefits.

  • Accurate Pricing: Ensure pricing accurately reflects the options included in each gift certificate.

Common Mistakes and Solutions

  1. Error: The gift voucher does not appear on the booking site.

    • Solution: Check that the gift voucher is activated in the product settings.

    • Solution: Double-check the options configuration and ensure the rate is adjusted to include these options.
