What is this feature for?
This functionality allows a business provider who has a physical counter to sell your products or services and make registrations directly on your behalf. This expands your direct sales capability through trusted partners.
How to use the feature?
Prerequisites:
The business referrer must be part of your staff on Yoplanning.pro to be able to access the reservation module and make sales on your behalf. (see invitation Staff)
Invitation from the business provider to your staff:
Access the Staffs section in the Administration menu of your Yoplanning.pro dashboard.
Click Invite a member and enter your referral's email address.
By default, there will be a minimum legal status, which will limit its actions to sending payment links to customers without access to sensitive information.
Creation of a specific role for the business provider:
To allow the referrer to make reservations without necessarily sending emails to customers, consider creating a specific role in role management.
Configure the role's permissions to include only necessary actions like booking and counter sales.
Connection of the business provider to Yoplanning:
Inform your business provider that they must connect to Yoplanning on their browser to use the reservation module.
The connection can be persistent, allowing the provider to use the reservation module several times without requiring new authentications, as long as they remain on the same browser.

Data security: Ensure that the business referrer only has access to the necessary functionalities to avoid any risks related to data security.
Training: Provide training or resources to your business introducer so that they understand how to use the Yoplanning.pro system effectively.
