Guide to customize the message of complete or unavailable activity
To customize the activity complete or not available message in Yoplanning.pro, follow the steps below. This feature allows you to display a specific message, for example, in case of unavailability or full activity, thus providing clear and personalized communication to your customers.
Edit product
Access to the Product List:
From the main menu, navigate to the Administration section.
Select Products to open the list of your products.
Selection of Product to Modify:
Browse the list of products until you find the one for which you want to customize the unavailability message.
Click on the product to access its details.
Product Edition:
Once in the product details, find and click the Edit button to edit the product information.
Personalization of the Unavailability Message:
In the Reservation module section, find the text field dedicated to customizing the unavailability message.
Enter the message you want to display when the activity is full or unavailable. You can include a specific phone number or other relevant instructions.
Saving Changes:
After entering your personalized message, be sure to save your changes by clicking the Save button or similar.
