1. Added Resource Type (August 20, 2024)

  • Description: A new resource type has been added, allowing resources to be categorized into hardware, insurance, or questions. Each type is associated with a specific color code, making it easier to view resources in session details.

    • Ability to automatically add each type of resource as an “extra” using the assign-resource functionality, which optimizes the planning process.

2. Pin Teams in the Selection Menu (August 14, 2024)

  • Description: It is now possible to pin teams so that they appear first in the list, making it easier to quickly access frequently used teams.

  • Benefits :

    • Save time for users managing multiple teams.

    • Better management of favorite or priority teams.

3. Email Notifications upon Participant Removal (August 14, 2024)

  • Description: A new option in the team settings allows you to enable sending an email notification each time a participant is removed from a session.

  • Benefits :

    • Strengthening the monitoring of important changes to registrations.

    • Improving internal communication within teams.

4. Integration with Pennylane (August 12, 2024)

  • Description: Full integration of Pennylane for teams, allowing the automatic creation of invoices and credits when locking/unlocking orders, as well as writing to the cash journal and OD when paying fees.

    • Reduced errors due to manual entry.

5. Management of the Order of Staffs by Week (August 6, 2024)

  • Description: A specific feature has been added to order the staffs differently each week. This update impacts the display of the schedule and the determination of the assigned staffs on the virtual.

    • Optimized session organization according to weekly preferences.

6. Timeline Module Default on All Subscriptions (June 18, 2024)

  • Description: The timeline module has been enabled by default for all subscriptions, providing a chronological view of activities and sessions.

    • Improved visibility of planned activities.

    • Simplified schedule management for all users.

7. Improved Management of Participants Without Details Requested (June 24, 2024)

  • Description: For products where participant details are not requested, a new management has been implemented, allowing the main customer to be assigned as the default participant, thus avoiding duplicate errors.

    • Reduced errors when managing registrations.

    • Increased fluidity in order management without the need for additional details.

  • Planning (August 6, 2024): Fixed a critical crash on the schedule when using tag-based filters.

  • Variant Management with Options (July 2, 2024): Fixed several crashes related to managing variants with options and price variations.

2. Rights and Access Management Improvements

  • Email Sending Permissions Control (August 19, 2024): Fixed an issue where permissions to send emails to participants were not properly checked, ensuring better security.

  • Access to Fee Details (August 12, 2024): Fixed a bug that prevented access to fee details for staff.
