What's new
Virtual - Disaggregation: Fusion of several algorithms concerning virtual, disaggregation, and "intelligent" staff assignment. This update allows standard and virtual sessions to be managed simultaneously in the schedule, giving priority to standard sessions.
CRM: Introduction of deal creation (Pipedrive deal) during full team signup, as well as deal marking during internal events (product/session/order creation, Stripe activation, order by VEL).
Add-resources: Added a tool allowing you to create all variations of a resource in one click and to duplicate a resource from the list of resources.
Onboarding: Added an onboarding checklist for new users.
Payment-Manager: Introduction of a Mollie payment provider plus the refund option.
Insurance: Addition of a new insurance option, Meetch, Integration of a native partner for cancellation insurance
Order-Details: Added an option to modify participant data in the details of an order.
Bugfix
Fixed bad cart URL that could cause backend crash (BE).
Fixed issues with generating more than one virtual session, where sessions could place incorrectly.
Various fixes in the management of search, sessions, SMS, display and operation of the application, including crashes related to specific characters in search fields, order of tags, and counter of SMS characters.
Improvements
Menu and User Interface: Color changes to BE icons and buttons for better readability.
Add-Booking-Fail: Improved booking failure management filter, with more technical information available and the ability to restart the process if necessary.
Staff-Fees: The "other" sector of activity is now the default when automatically creating freelance teams.
Onboarding and Welcome Email: Review of welcome email content and onboarding steps for a better user experience.
Birth Year List: Extension of the list until 2024 for the creation of clients.
Participant Management: Updated to position the referring customer first in the list and improve the management of subgroups in post-activity notifications.
