Update of February 19, 2024

In the latest Yoplanning update dated February 19, 2024, several important improvements and corrections were made to optimize your user experience and the management of your activities. Here is a summary of the most significant changes.

What's new

  • Real-Time Stock Management for Products: From now on, when you sell a product, the quantity available in your catalog is immediately decreased upon ordering. This modification significantly reduces, or even eliminates, the risks of overbooking by ensuring that inventory management is updated in real time, without waiting for planning algorithms to run. Which will subsequently update availability anyway.

Fixes

  • Cash Journal Stability: An issue causing the cash journal to crash when the free search field was filled has been resolved. You can now use the search function without encountering any errors.

  • Refund Button: The "Refund" button is no longer displayed for payments scheduled for a future date, avoiding confusion over transactions that have not yet occurred. Particularly for payment in three installments without fees for example.

  • Exporting the Item List: We fixed a bug causing a crash when exporting the item list if no "Primary Customer" was defined. The export now runs smoothly, ensuring the smoothness of your administrative operations.

Changes

  • Private Session Grouping: The functionality allowing private session grouping has been reactivated. This function is essential for efficiently organizing private sessions, allowing all sessions purchased together and assigned to the same staff to be grouped together.

These updates aim to constantly improve your experience using Yoplanning, making the management of your activity more fluid and intuitive. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our technical support.
